i've been sick these last few days. i've been having trouble breathing at night, and i woke up with a fever yesterday. we also had a huge snowstorm, and everything is cold and our roads aren't safe to drive on. i'm sick, so i've called out the last two days, but because they align with the storm, i'm worried they think i'm lying and i'm just calling out because of the snow. i don't know why i feel guilty; calling out because of road safety is perfectly rational, i would think, See More but i still worry. i just got this job and i quite like it. i only have 3 hours of sick time, too, so that's 6 hours i'm missing this week, and i have to make rent this month. siiiigh.
