i literally hate myself so much right now
yesterday i relapsed first time in six fuckking months because i took a picture of myself and saw how fuckking fat i am and how disgusting my body is
i don’t wanna go back into a program again i wanna be able to fix myself by myself but it’s so fuckking hard
i know the world doesn’t see me how i see myself but it’s just so hard to believe that
i just can’t help but make myself throw everything up
