ほたる = Hotaru. It means firefly, and is by far my favorite name. I can’t write properly in Japanese, I only know the basics, which is Katakana.

During a test

The proctor: playing music for the test (there’s listening questions)
Music: a woman singing opera (basically she was screaming in another language)
Proctor and my classmates: stone-faced
My crush and I: trying our absolute best not to laugh at the music

Does my crush feel the same about me?:

-he always sits next to me even if there are other seats available.
-he starts most of our conversations.
-he glances at me when I’m not looking (I can see him out of the corner of my eye) and sometimes stares.
-he is willing to cheat on tests to help me.
-he’s always being so nice to me, like, unusually nice. He’s never been this nice to other girls, and I’ve known him for 4+ years, no joke. He’s always saying he believes in me even when See More▼ I can’t do it and it just boosts my morale so much. He’s always encouraging me when I feel down too. He’s never done this for other girls.
-he always seems REALLY happy (and even says he’s super happy) to be in group projects with me and always looks happy whenever he’s near me, unlike when he isn’t, he’s kinda frowning a bit or looks bored.
-when I said thanks for inviting me to the dance, his eyes softened and he gave me a small smile and then looked at me like he was truly, truly happy and there was another emotion idk ?
-we broke the personal space barrier, and we’re halfway on breaking the physical touch barrier.
-he’s always trying to make me laugh, and is always smiling whenever he does make me laugh (which is a lot)

I have an idea for a game! If your friends don’t know who your crush is and you wanna tell them who it is but also don’t wanna tell them who it is, whip out your phone, close your eyes and type in the areas the letters of your crush’s name is. It won’t come out perfectly, but see if people can guess what your crush’s name is!

Lol everyone is so surprised that I wanna play chess now.
But I wanna play chess because my crush plays chess and I wanna beat him. Last time we played three games against each other. He won once, and we got a draw twice XD

Hehe I’m actually having a lot of fun playing on my switch :)
I have Splatoon 3, DQB2 and now Pokémon Sword. Call me old fashioned for the last two, but who cares. They’re amazing games!
