If your on a tablet, you could click on someone else's story, go to the bottom of that page, and there is a tab that says "Create Story". On desktop there are green tabs on the side. One of them say "Create Story" or you could do the same as you did with the tablet on the computer. You can't do it on a mobile phone. Also, thanks for being my 101st follower!
