ok so i'm pretty sure i have another phobia. mirrors.
i can't look into them for too long because then i get so scared i'm going to see "someone" there
and i won't be able to see them outside of the mirror.
or, i'll start to think that my reflection is staring back at me. even when i look away, it just looks like it's staring at me.
again, it's been that was since i was a child but it's grown since then.
i can't even think about it for too long or i'll want to completely avoid the bathroom.
i tried to research it but, then i looked into the images and i was absolutely terrified by images and/or videos i'd seen as a child.
then i was sure, i have a phobia.
all i know for sure is that i absolutely cannot do exposure therapy.
