i think i had sleep paralysis last night lol it's been a hot minute since i got it

i thought it was a regular dream nd thought i just couldn't move bcz i had just woken up but now that i think abt it, it was probably sleep paralysis.
this time, i saw a shadow of a girl right next to me. it was just her head but she was also tapping on my knee. i couldn't feel it but it was like she wanted my attention. i was really fuckkin scared though so i tried to See More wake up. i didn't know it was sleep paralysis so, i didn't move my fingers or do any of my little tricks. instead, i tried to move away or wake up as if i was in a regular dream. when i realized i couldn't, i tried to speak. it was so hard. my mouth was shut tight, it was like i'd gone mute. i couldn't move or breathe and everything was getting tight. finally, i somehow made a weak noise from my mouth. i don't know what i was trying to say but the only thing that came out was a weak and desperate, "m- muh". then she just vanished and i woke up. my chest was also filled with a strange, heavy heat for a second after i woke up. don't know why though.
