Okay I don't wanna sit around and say nothing. The Jane_the_Killer1 thing where people said to report her was caused because I vented and she told me to cut myself like she does and she deliberately posted an image with cuts whether they were fake or real it was not okay in any way shape or form. And now we have her lying about @damien for things See More she did not even do. She's saying that @damien is harassing her without any proof. Problem: I'm really anxious around people and become overly critical of my actions, making me feel as if I'm not good enough
Solution that helps in the meantime: Stay away from the situation and breathe easy
Solution that helps in the long run: Take a deep breath, try to make sure my emotions and thoughts don't overwhelm me and meet a couple new people. Be as nice and assertive as possible and leave when a panic attack comes near to calm down
