Yikes, People whom eat like this really need help, there are 2 types of diabetes comeing your way, by eating like this. I will help you, by telling you what foods you just DO NOT need. Pastries, such as Pies,cakes,sussige rolls,cupcakes, and the other stuff you bye from the bakery.
High fat foods such as Chips,callomari,Mackdonalds,Hungry jacks,Burger king and all those other hell holes, that sell dangerous foods. (They can actually kill you).
Suger high foods such as, Icecream,Cake,Cream,lollies, and fizzy drinks.
Also Gluten (there will always be a gluten free option) , so when you go to the store make the simple switch. Swap full cream milk with Low fat milk, change regular yougit with no fat yougit, white bread to whole grain bread.
Don't lead yourself to Obesity, because that is the number one cause for depression also.....
