We are forced to sit down, stay still, and talk when called on
Most schools, we are put down for being different, having ideas, or wanting to change something
We are told we aren't good enough, if our brains don't work like everyone elses
We are told our dreams are useless See More
Creativity is put down
And we do everything the same
Why take years to learn math
When we aren't prepared for real life
When we don't know how to walk around the streets
deal with anxiety
or pay bills
etc...
School hasn't changed for 100 years
We all are just put in this machine that treats us like animals
put into a system where we aren't individuals
but science expiriments
used to see who gets out of life or not
Wh succeeds
and who falls behind
We aren't helped with important things
I mean obviously, the basics are important
But not every one is gonna be a rocket scientist
some people wanna create
and an afterschool club isn't gonna help
And no, not everyone is gonna go to some art school
But not everyone is gonna go to an engineering school
And not everyone had perfect role models, and knows how to be human
some people need to be taught
but don't have that chance
