No. It's just an internet photo mostly made to make sad people feel better about themselves. I mean, it can definitely be true, but.... Sometimes the prettiest eyes really are the happiest, the ugliest eyes have cried the most, the most angry hearts have truly felt the most pain, and the kindest hearts have been the most sheltered.
