I'm asked this question alot, and I say yes.
Me wanting to do nothing and stay in bed, not talking to anyone, wondering why I'm such a failure, and me terrified of everyone hating me is "just hormones".
Me wanting to cry myself to sleep, not move at all, and hate myself for everything I do is "just hormones"
Me feeling upset and not feeling happyness is "just hormones."
