Top 10 reasons why cats are loved more than Dogs (My opinion) :
10) They're not as jumpy: Unlike a dog, a cat would welcome it's master with rubbing and meows instead of jumping, licking and loud barking.
9) Less grooming: Cats have a lower chance matting up because of their rough surface tongue. With that tongue, it's used to brush their fur AND clean their fur at the same time. So people groom their cats once in a while and clean them very little because cats already clean themselves! See More No need!
8) They're lay-back: Dogs need walks everyday and only sleep for 10 hours a day. Cats sleep for the maximum of 16 hours a day and not as active like dogs are. (Some are but not all cats.)
7) Intelligent mice catchers and I guess intelligent insect catchers: Got mice? Cats are good at eliminating them. Some cats have a habit of gnawing on roaches once in a while
6) No odor: Their fur is incapable of odor unlike a dog with and without wet fur.
