The most comforting thing about not having certain organs is the fact that I can’t get certain sicknesses.

I don’t want to havI to go through the stress of having to remember to take it every day.

I do think medication would help, though. Set an alarm on your phone to remind you? Make sure to ONLY take the recommended dose, no matter how anxious you get. If you don’t like the side effects, just stop taking them, that’s what I did when I was on birth control.
If you really don’t want to though, your mom can’t force you to take them.
There See More▼ are plenty of other treatments, too. Stress toys. I know you have an oral fixation with your ADHD. Keep stocking up on those chew necklaces you like, if that’s what helps you stay focused. Essential oils are good for anxiety. I have a bottle of lavender oil I could give you and that stuff is like really good. I also have a diffuser, come to my house and we can sit on the couch with lavender or something in that.
