I was watching Mika's video about the making of his song Kids, and he said that when he was writing it, he imagined himself in an argument at the side of the road. On the other side of the road, there's a group of kids laughing and playing innocently, not understanding why the adults on the other side of the road are angry.

Today was okay, apart from one bad thing.
In form time, we had an assembly. It was about a Challenge Day on Thursday next week. I felt like crying, because Challenge Day is one of the most stressful things that my school can do. It makes me panic and it makes me feel like I'm about to cry all the way through the day.
If I haven't told you about it before, Challenge Day is a day where the teachers mix up your timetable and split you into teams where you don't know anybody. They See More don't tell you what activities you have, so the only way to survive is to talk to people. And if you don't talk, you're basically doomed. And after you've been forced to talk to find out where you have to go, you get forced to do team-building activities with older kids who yell rude things at you and don't let you do anything. So it is torture for me.
I almost had a panic attack in the middle of assembly when the teacher told us that we were going to be having a Challenge Day next week. I remembered all the awful things that had happened to me on all the other Challenge Days and how terrifying they were. But I kept breathing in and out and it stopped.
I'm scared for Thursday next week. :/

That's why I don't listen to it in the car or on the bus, because I know it will make me cry. I listened to it on the bus when I was going on a school trip to the book festival last week, and I had to stop myself from bursting into tears. ?

Guys, I need advice.
I just realised that tomorrow is my bath night, and I don't know how I'm going to hide this huge cut on my leg in the bath. I only did it yesterday, so I can't put makeup on it because it's fresh. I could hide my other cuts before because they were a lot further down my leg, but I don't know how to hide this one.

Okay, I've just completely ruined my record of being clean for a week.
I now have a huge cut above my knee and some on my leg. I hate myself for doing this and I hate not being able to stop it.
