So basically my anxiety worsened and I have PTSD now, I take medicine for it though now, and I feel a lot better

I rly hope we don't have a hot ass autumn
It was SUPER hot today, we had a damn fire drill and had to stay out side for AT LEAST 40 minutes if not and hour, my seasonal allergies began acting up because of that and the school was SUPER close to sending my home because I was constantly coughing and sneezing, it's just not getting better.
THEN my mom forced me to walk to the store, like, bruh, you the main one who knows about my allergies and you constantly restricted me from going See More outside because of them when I was little, but now since you want an energy drink and ice and shit I have to go
I'm JUST not feeling better, but I'm SUPER exhausted because of them, I want to stay up though because my schedule is usually so full that I can't do anything I actually want to do (like draw, watch YouTube, listen to music stuff like that) but I don't even think I'll be able to all because a school wanted to be extra with a fire drill we've done this shit for years, we obviously know what to do by now and if someone doesn't then they obviously need to take personal classes for it to learn.

I just found out I had a Vitamin D deficiency
That's why I feel so tired and sick all the time and my muscles always feel sore
But I thought it was normal because I had it since I was like, rly little, probably four?
I could've gotten over it if I would've went outside, but since I had severe seasonal allergies when I was younger my mom was super overprotective and never let me
I drink milk and stuff, but my mom's always saying leave milk for cereal (even though I cook for myself See More for majority of the time lmao) so I never rly get a chance to drink it.
It's also why my hair was breaking so I had to cut it all the way to shoulder-length (even though I've learned to like short-hair and it's growing back p fast since my mom's a cosmetologist)
My dad knew I had it but for some reason he never told my mom and I was too little at the time to tell her and he didn't smh
