Anyways here's your steps for the cancellation:
If your on your laptop
1.) Click the flower thing in the upper right hand corner
2.) Click settings See More
3.) You should see a settings box, click more and there should be something about account deletion, click that and there should be a cancel button
For mobile you can't really do anything because it's not a feature on there
