I hope y'all understand someday that cutting helps some people. You guys just don't understand. No offense, but feeling the liquid run down is like releasing everything bottled up. Like breaking a beer bottle and watching the liquid run out. You guys need to quit have a spasm attack and get over yourselves. Telling someone to stop cutting is like telling your blood to go back where it came from. Or telling toothpaste to go back into its tube. Understand? Good. See More▼ I just don't see why people are so against cutting. Simply because its a different way of getting relief than the non depressed human being? That's messed up. It's like being racist. And racism is the worst thing you can do to a person. And personally? Tell someone to go get help or go to therapy makes me want to kill myself. So don't tell a suicidal or cutting person to go get help. That's bs. Thank you. Bye

Thing is, people like myself do not want to see that in my NF because it makes me more sad than I already am. It might help you, but you have to be considerate of the people WHO DO NOT STAND FOR OR DO NOT WANT IT. It's a hard thing to cope with, being a former cutter, so that's why it's not good. Besides, NF shouldn't be spammed with that stuff.

I sometines cut cuz of stress because it does help with stress. When I lick it clean, the blood is like an anti-depressant that lasts until I am too stressed to handle it. What I do when I am worried about people is ask them what is wrong in a pm.
