Violet/Purple
Violet/Purple
Purple or Violet symbolizes creativity and imagination. It is a color of life and philosophy.
In Chinese painting, it represents Yin and Yang, Blue and Red, mixed together, creating harmony.
Purple is a royal color. The Phoenicians made it out of murex, a sea-shelled animal. The process, however, was complex and expensive, so the dye became very costly, ensuring that only royalty could afford it.
In the United Kingdom, chocolates were packaged in purple because it symbolized luxury.
It can relate to fantasy, or the need to escape from real life. It inspires unconditional and selfless love.

Chocolate
Chocolate
Chocolate is so good that it was sacred for several thousand years.
No, I'm not kidding. In ancient Mesoamerica, Aztecs and Olmecs and Mayans discovered chocolate. They found it to be "an invigorating drink, mood enhancer and aphrodisiac, which led them to believe that it possessed mystical and spiritual qualities." The Mayans worshipped a god of cacao and reserved the bitter-tasting drink - an early and not-so-delicious version of hot chocolate - for important rulers and priests.

How I First Met @Ella_swan

*Note: I will call @Ella_swan by the name of Ella because I don't think she wants me to give out her real identity!

I was at a woman's house (I go to an online school and my parents work so I have to be babysat, it's a long story) for my first day of school. She told me, "The neighbor's daughter, Ella, is coming over for lunch today."
I said, "Okay." So the day progressed fine.
Then, Ella came over for lunch. When we looked at each other, I think See More

When I see a poll titled "whats ur fav color":

Me: Okay, so now people are too lazy to even spell out 'your?' 'Favorite' is sometimes tricky to spell, but you should still try. Also, why no capital letters? And there should be an apostrophe before the 's' in 'whats.'

Normal people: *vote on it* *walk away*

I know, but it is easier to understand and read when it has proper spelling and grammar. Many people on Qfeast - including me - have OCD, and that makes us very distracted whenever we notice an error in text. I've pointed out probably about twenty mistakes in published books in my lifetime, because to me, they stand out. Again, not trying to be mean, but when See More

Here is a way to tell whether you should say "me" or "I" when talking about two people doing something together.

1. Take out the noun other than you. Like if it was "Ben and me," take out the "Ben." Also, take out the "and."

2. Read it aloud. "Ben and me went to the store." minus "Ben and" equals "Me went to the store."

3. Does the remaining sentence make sense? "Me went to the store." doesn't make sense. So then you say "I" instead. "I went to the store." makes sense. So the See More

Here's a reminder: "it's" stands for "it is." If you're talking about possessive, then it is "its." Trust me; my mom is a grammar freak and so am I, and also my mom teaches 8th grade advanced ELA.
