He has no official personality, though he's often described as the quiet, cool and blunt type of See More▼ character until you manage to break out of his shell. Occasionally he helps Aitetsu and Suou look after the shrine along with his sister Black Star. Blue Moon gives off a brotherly-like vibe towards his friends which gives him his cool personality, though it's only natural.
