I dread nighttime. I'm not tryna be all cringey and edgy and emo and crap, but I really do. I'm terrified of nighttime. I can't sleep without hiding under my covers. It's a constant battle to sleep for me. I don't why, I don't know what's wrong with me, but every time I close my eyes I'm bombarded with the scariest images imaginable and I can't take it. Every waking minute I dread the moment I'd have to sleep. There's been too many See More▼ nights where I've stayed awake, sitting up in bed with my light turned all the way up counting the minutes until daylight. Again, I don't know what's wrong with me, bit I just can't sleep. I hate the night. Nothing helps. I always find myself curled up under my covers with the light all the way up reading Game of Thrones or singing songs to myself in my head.
Has anyone else dealt with this?
