I LOOKEDAT THE NUMBERS ON A DIGITAL CLOCK AND FOUND THIS..ie...if i take 20.58 as the time and do this 20+58=78..7+8=15..1+5=6...if i just added the numbers as follows 2+0+5+8=15..1+5=6...this seems to work with whatever numbe...
