i don't idolize kurt cobain but
i just merely like his i-don't-care attitude
he didn't care what people thought about him, he didn't live to appease anyone (his fans, his friends, not even his parents)
everyone just lives in their bubble of self-consciousness, and they're too afraid to pop it. no one calls it as it is anymore because people will be "offended". kurt didn't care at all. he did what brought him joy (though sometimes it was reckless), and that mattered to him. he See More wasn't afraid to live his life like we all should. i want to be like that. i'm tired of trying to please everyone. it's a worthless task because in the end, you can't. it's impossible. and i want to live my life how i want.
