I am strangely fascinated with videos of people showing what they eat in a day as a person with an eating disorder.

Basically what you do is you map out general ideas of what you're going to eat every day each week. That way you can make sure you're getting all the calories and nutrients you need. It's best when you plan them out with a dietitian. But be careful with them because it's a very similar behaviour to an eating disorder and that can be a slippery slope.

Yes I’m just a bit down from not eating enough lately. I haven’t even realized that I’ve been slacking off on properly eating and just eating whatever I think is enough calories
