"The fawn looked up at the sky, and giggled as he rose his arms in the air. A very happy fawn he was, finding joy in everything. He started to prance around, his legs lifting high in the air and hitting the ground. Who cares that he couldn't figure out the sound? It was funny anyways! His hair bounced in the air as he leaped around, his tail lifting and falling as did his ears. With his hair, a longer piece that stuck out lifted higher than them all and fell. The fawn kept giggling, See More unaware of the bird that quickly left off of his warm back the second he started to bounce. His squinted eyes looked around the meadow, seeing darkness and bubbles of light together. He never really opened his eyes, finding that it was better to not see most of the horrible world and just see parts of it.
He did hate a lot of things, but he chose to be optimistic! The world needed more light in it, so he took the task onto himself to bring it. His hooves slammed against the ground and he stopped. Freezing. Something crunched. He wasn't around leaves, nor sticks. Just grass and flowers. His head tilted, and he slowly looked around. His legs moving as he did. It was almost mechanical looking. His eyebrows knitted together again, and his mouth curved down into a worried frown. Hunters? He didn't want to be hunted! He started to back up, looking around nervously, his heart pounding against his chest. He didn't want to die! Not yet!
His throat clenched up as he brought his arms up to his chest, covering it the best he could. He walked in circles again, but this time to look around for anyone that wanted to kill him. Or anything. Tears threatened to spill down his soft cheeks as he whimpered, "I-if you're out there...please don't kill me I'm not a bad fawn I'm really good I swear! Please let me live I'm seriously a good guy I haven't killed anyone or stomped any small animals into the ground! Plus I haven't mated yet you wouldn't kill a deer that hasn't had children would you because that's cruel I need my family name to live on and my brother isn't the type to spread the name! Seriously I'm a good fawn if you kill me then you'll get all bloody and gross and it's hot out and you'll get sick from the smell and don't kill me!" He shouted, voice cracking every now and then as he ranted about life. The fawn started to hyperventilate, almost chocking on his own tears."
