Should I try to make a page where I post my drawings? (other people can post too)

Should I attempt to make a page where me and many other artists can post their art? I have tried to a couple times before, but both times Qfeast had deleted them because the page did not follow their rules or something. Also if I am going to make a page like this, I'd want other people to participate too :3.
