Why am I dreaming about my runaway sister needing a therapist?

in my dream i ask her " my best friend asked if you needed a therapist for what happened to you, do you want one"?
in the dream i know what happened to her but the dream never mentions it and when i wake up i have no idea why she needs one. i also remember seeing an old man following me but when i turn around he's not there. and whenever i spy on her in the dream she has a sad look and when she showers she takes longer than usual.
