Help with Microsoft Word 2007

On Microsoft Word 2007, I remember clicking something a bit like word count but it also told me about the average amount of words in a sentence and things like this but now I can't find it. If possible, what is this called and where can I find it?

It should be near the bottom I think. Near the spell check symbol. It'll have how many words there are, and you just click on that.
