That's... Sort of illogical. One could say it's just the art style, but in reality, it just kinda doesn't look right. Clearly I'm not at all an artist, but I know it's not physically possible to have shoulders that small. I don't mean to criticize, but I just think it'd better if you made the shoulders wider and fixed the placement of the eyes.
