But now she's moving to amity happy and already love the people there

Since then, Carrie has had to fend for herself, seeing as she has no other family left.

All RPers must be 16 (or, at least, their character has to be). 16 is the age all Dependents take the Aptitude Test and take part in the Choosing Ceremony, so.
