Tbh some mbti tests feel a little ableist Idk?? like for example the 16p test labelling mentally ill mfs as Infp when they clearly arent and the questions on the test just apply ppl that have those traits due to mental illness as infps. Or like how whenever I say that I like to plan out my day or organize I always get the mbti types that are nothing like me just See More bc it makes me anxious to not plan out things sometimes and I get really anxious when something ruins my routine. And my therapist is always having me work on that as a trait of my possible ADD, so like it feels like they’re always so quick to type out add/autistic ppl like that as “organized and unemotional” and once again labelling autistic/add people as heartless and unemotional if that makes sense?? Im not an organized, planned out, emotionless and analytical person and theres nothing wrong with people like that but I feel like misunderstood if that makes sense ?

both of my parnets have diagnosed ADD and I show soo many signs my therapist has been wanting them to get me diagnosed for two years already and my mom has aspergers and I exhibit traits of that too so the point of this post is that if I relate go yall when you talk abt your autism or add struggles Im not trying to self diagnose I just relate rlly hard
