Mamma.mia’s chicken fettuccini Alfredo recipe she makes for her cool family now instead of unworthy men

-Cube your chicken before you cook it, trust me, you’ll want to
-cover your chicken in seasonings. I use italian seasoning, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, basil. I also add a LITTLE BIT of olive garden dressing so the chicken tastes marinated at least.
-Cook seasoned chicken throughly, set aside.

My sauce is the lazy version. I’m no good at making alfredo See More▼ sauce from scratch unfortunately

-Boil water.
-Add salt when water is boiled (the water wont boil as quick if you add salt prior.)
-Add fettuccine noodles.
-Add alfredo sauce of choice
-Add half a block of cream cheese
-Add preferred seasonings.

Mamma.mia’s Garlic honey soy chicken she used to make for unworthy men:

-Cube up chicken or cut into desired shape
-Cover in flour or cornstarch
-Fry in hot oil until cooked through and golden shaped (i used vegetable, i think peanut oil is preferred)
-Set chicken aside
-Sauté minced garlic in a separate pan
-Add 1/4 soy sauce and a teaspoon of water then turn the heat down to medium See More▼
-Add honey, do not let it burn. Very simple. A cornstarch slurry can thicken the sauce if you mess up!

Mamma.mia’s Egg drop soup recipe she used to make for unworthy men (VERY EASY.)

-boil chicken stock, add seasonings if desired. (I usually just use garlic powder and salt)
-Make a cornstarch slurry and add to chicken stock (1 part corn starch, 2 parts water)
-Add corn (if desired)
-Turn the heat down to medium
-whisk up an egg mixed with a little water in a pouring glass
-VERY SLOWLY pour the egg mixture into the soup See More▼
-Let the egg cook all the way through

mamma.mia’s potato soup recipe she used to make for unworthy men:

-Peel and slice at least four potatoes. I also add carrots for more flavor.
-Put in a pot of water and let boil for 15 minutes, add salt or baking soda to soften them more.
-Drain 2/3 of the potato water, and fill the pot back up. Half chicken broth, half milk or heavy whipping cream.
-If you use milk, also add a 1/4 of flour for thickening. You could also make a cornstarch slurry which is cornstarch+water. See More▼ (More water than cs obviously)
-Butter of course. I’d eyeball it.
-Seasonings of choice (I use parsley, garlic powder and lots of it, black pepper, a pinch or two of onion powder, and a little chili powder.)
-Half a block of cream cheese.

Ironically enough, i don’t like bacon in my soup. But i do like to make toasted ham sandwiches with pepper jack cheese. Has to be pepper jack and ham. It’s the perfect combination

-Cook and shred your chicken, however you do your chicken is not up to me but I like to cover mine in various seasonings.
-Sauté minced garlic, celery, and carrots. (Not a big fan of onions so I add onion powder later.)
-Add flour until it combines with the vegetables (turning i guess you can say doughy?)
-Put everything in a pot and add chicken stock and a little bit of milk
-when the liquid gets See More▼ warm, add cream cheese.
-Put in your shredded chicken and seasonings of choice. (I use garlic salt, parsley, oregano, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, chili powder.)
-When your soup is boiling, add diced canned biscuits into the mix. Turn the heat to medium and cover with a lid for 15 minutes.
