This is a serious note but, I saw this photo of someone's sc*rs and if you actually do that, PLEASE look for healthy coping mechanisms, because it really isn't cool to hurt yourself in any way.
Here's some good skills:
- Take some time off the internet and take a walk outside. You can focus on the objects around you!
- If you have any spare journals or paper, you can always do vent art or write down your own thoughts in there.
- This might be fun! You can make your own DIY self-care See More kit! You can make it what makes you feel valid and happy!!! :D
- Watch your favorite movie!!!
But, if you can please talk to someone or a grown up you can trust. These things are serious.
