I don't get why people think Chica is building foxy in fnaf 2... she isn't its mangle in the same room... you can see her white ear and she has the 2 heads which is what you see in the bottom of the screen... (will post pic)
Also if she was holding the head, her whole body wouldn't be facing the camera and the head be behind her >:3
