The deadline for the British boyband to fulfill the request seemingly passed after she wrote on her @illumivato account the dog had died.

She had previously posted a photo of what looked like her choking the animal and wrote the message: ‘Follow me or I’ll break my dog’s neck’.

But the legitimacy of her claim has been called into question after it transpired she had posted previous images of animals in precarious situations, which may have been hoaxes.

Despite this, users on See More▼ social network Twitter were not happy with the girl’s alleged actions.

One Direction star Niall Horan is officially single again after splitting from his Irish sweetheart Zoe Whelan.

The 19-year-old had been on-off with the Dublin babe since bringing her to his brother’s wedding in March.

But Niall has now told Zoe, 18, the relationship over – just as her modelling career goes from strength-to-strength.

Zoe has continually refused to chat about their relationship – despite being offered big money for a tell-all interview by publications around See More▼ the world.

A source said: “It is all over for Niall and Zoe – and it is completely because of his side of things.

“Obviously, it was always going to be hard to have an ongoing relationship when his job has him travelling around so much.

“Over the past few weeks her modelling career has become huge, but Niall hasn’t been in contact to say well done. She hasn’t even had a text from him, let alone a call, for nearly two weeks.

“Out of respect to Niall, she refused to say a word to anyone about the relationship – even when there was money on the table to spill the beans as she knew it would be over then.

LONDON - One Direction star Harry Styles was in the front row at the House of Holland catwalk show on Saturday as the British label injected some Latin heat and attitude into London Fashion Week.

The pop star looked on as models strode down a cloud-printed catwalk in the top floor of a Soho car park, street-ready in bright colours and bold prints and energised by a pumping soundtrack.

Designer Henry Holland said he took his inspiration from a "trip to balmy Mexico City by way See More▼ of the tattoo parlours of Venice Beach", where "the stench of tequila and petrol is thick in the air".

A rose tattoo motif linked the outfits, printed onto fluorescent orange or pink dresses, sewn into sexy skin-tight lace or laid into a cloud pattern and embellished with iridescent crystal.

Fierce but feminine, there were checked frocks in blues and oranges, a tight red and orange skirt, an orange bomberjacket and a white leather jacket with a print of the Virgin Mary on the back.

Holland even created co-ordinated leather holsters for his so-called "Homegirls" to store their keys and phone.

The designer has long been a favourite of Britain's 'it' crowd and Styles had to squeeze in next to Kelly Osborne, singer Ellie Goulding, socialite Pixie Geldof and fashionista Alexa Cheung.

"It was good, he did very well, I liked it," the pop star said afterwards, looking slightly out of place among the fashion pack in a white t-shirt and black jeans with holes at the knees.

Holland was the highlight of day two of the five-day London event, which showcases global British brands alongside up-and-coming designers.
