It looks pretty good to me. But I think the right ear is a bit too much bigger than the left ear. And the strand of hair on the left (second one down) might look better if its in front. I think you already know this, but you can flip the canvas to find mistakes.
Reason that the ears look different size cause one leaning more than the other and I'm keeping the hair cause I didn't spend this entire morning INKING it and I was talking about the color FYI
The colour looks good to me, it's not the exact same as Sylveon, but it looks great as it is.
