It looks like water or just?? Some kind of liquid is in my screen?? But I've never spilled anything on it before. It didn't have those spots a few days ago and I have no idea what they could be. They're sorta spreading? But they stick to just that one area

It doesn't shift at all if I push down so it has something to do w the screen idk !
