Hh h thank y’all, it means a lot that you guys care. I think I’m just exhausted from being this positive? I enjoyed being really happy again though. I’ve been taking my meds and I think it might just be a burnout is all.

Have you been taking your medicine properly? Or are you on your cycle or about to start? Those could affect your mood pretty hard.
If not my best advice is to try to fill the space with stuff that makes you happy? Trying to analyze what made your mood drop will just stress you out more.
