*Brian and Fred are friends, and they are sitting on a bench. Brian is gay.*
Brian: Fred, I've been thinking about this for a long time... and I need to tell you a secret.
Fred: What?
Brian: Um... well... I'm gay.
Fred: Oh, my god! You're a homo? Gross!
Brian: There's nothing wrong with-
Fred: Oh, god. That's a sin! You can spend your life with someone you love, unless they are the same gender as you. Then, you can't. You're a freaking homo! Ew! Ew! If I knew you were a homo, See More I would have never started being your friend!
Brian: *starts crying and runs home; he cries himself to sleep that night*
The next day, Brian shot himself in the stomach and bled to death. Fred learned about this suicide, and said that was obviously "God's wish." Brian was found dead in his living room with a note that read:
"Dearest Fred,
I now know you don't like me, but I liked you, as a friend, and friends support friends. But you told me that you would have never been my friend had you knew I was gay, and I was devastated. Only those who have been denied the right to marry the person they love will understand. I killed myself because it wasn't worth living. You were my everything. The love of my life. I'd felt this way about you for a long time. I would have understood if you'd not loved me the way I loved you, but you didn't even support me.
I'm slowly dying with a bullet hole in my stomach. I have another secret: I don't see any angels. Just my hand, and this note, and the pencil that's writing it. I'm not going to go to a better place. All I ask is that you feel remorse and regret.
