I've actually been tempted to use tape-
I know that there's danger included
But I found several ways to do it, other than wrapping it around your chest.
I might try that.
Theres a possibility that it'll tear my skin slightly, but I can deal.

It's gotten to the point where I feel, not only top dysphoria, but bottom dysphoria as well.
