@temperance I recommend just doing like light exercises while laying down bc I binge eat too, but when I lay down and do exercises (like sit-ups and stuff) it motivates me to get up sometimes or I just don't end up gaining weight from it and I find that when you gain weight you delve deeper into that cycle except it's with eating *and* sleeping

I understand that you're tired but you can actually grow out of that if you take like things that give you energy during the day and stuff to make you tired during the night
But I wouldn't recommend doing it for a super long time tho bc it can really mess you up, but still try doing that for a bit and your body won't really be able See More to help but get accustomed. I know how it feels sleeping for literally hours at a time and feeling super depressed bc of it
