What people need to understand:
Fandom = show/game/book, etc.. + fanbase
Fanbase = Community that likes the fandom
So if you're saying the fandom is bad, you're saying all of that (show, game, book, etc... and the fanbase) is bad
If you're saying the fanbase is bad, then you're saying the community is bad
