agh. it feels so intimidating to be back, ngl. everyone’s so different than what i remember, and since i’ve been gone so long, i can’t really joke around and be familiar with everyone like i used to

i came out to my brother a month or two ago and it was a weird experience
i didn’t expect him to accept me. at first he thought i was lying bc he was making a joke abt gay ppl and i was like “haha yeah i’m gay” and he was like “stop you’re ruining the joke” and i actually had to explain to him that i was gay
he’s actually REALLY supportive. he never tells me i’m confused or says anything off color abt it.

life updates for the 0.1 ppl who care lol ;;
- i'm almost a senior omggg!! ??
- my mental health has gotten WAAAY better since the last time i've been here. i still deal with my ptsd-related issues and my anxiety, but for the most part, i'm almost ready to converge with society again!!!
- i've picked up baking as a hobby last summer and it's literally the only thing i do. i love baking sm :) i still draw sometimes but i'm literally no good at it anymore haha
- i've started my See More own hair journey!! i'm no longer going to press my hair or add unnecessary heat to it to make the white kids at school comfortable :| i wanna be able to do my own natural hair, and so far, i've been doin a pretty bang-up job, if i do say so myself :)
that's abt it. for the most part, i'm still the same jay you know, just with slightly better communication skills lol. i wanna try to rekindle all of the friendships i've lost on here, so bear with me please

i might just come back on here to vibe a lil since im staying away from ig bc of all of the negativity surrounding the riots n junk.
like, i support PEACEFUL protesting, but when it comes to rioting, i'm out. i don't believe in violence when it comes to standing up for what you believe in. especially when people are taking advantage of this time to speak out to loot. that's so disgusting and ridiculous to me. yeah, acab, and fuckk the government, but don't attack cops because See More they have the upper hand. stop using militaristic tactics if you don't want the military involved. it's common sense, but people's judgement are being clouded by emotions. anyways, imma chill on here after like. a year or two of being inactive lmaoo
