tomorrow is my hygiene day
instead of lounging around and being sad and lazy, i get up and clean myself and my room and stuff
i do take care of myself everyday, i aint nasty

I don't get panic attacks or have anxiety, but I get nervous for no reason and get rly angry w/ no cause
so yeh, it helps!!
