i like my counselor and all but things have been getting worse and it's not helping me
ive started to cut again and my whole left arm is covered in marks and it's too hot to wear long sleeves to hide em
oh and here's where it's gotten better: ive started to plan out suicide notes lol
i'm just really tired and unmotivated to leave my bed or my house or even live
