Is the PS4 getting minecraft 1.13 (aquatic update)?

My friend has the new update on her Xbox 1s and i'm really jealous! So i was wondering why PS4 hasn't got it yet.

I have it on xbox one and its coming out in stages. I'm sure PS4 will get it eventually. We haven't got the full update yet
