the chicken came first because no anilme can lay a chicken without being a chicken but other anamile can live birth other animles

Actually, it’s is most likely the egg because animals sometimes can lay an egg with a different animal inside, if this animal was called proto egg the chicken came first because chicken eggs didn’t exist but if it was a chicken egg it was the egg because chicken eggs already existed
