Okay, much to popular demand, this page will be brought up...but only for this week. I just wanna see how well it will work for me and school and stuff.
This week's topic:
DRAW SOMETHING FROM A FANTASY WORLD. (Can be the future if you please.)
So basically, imagine a fantasy world. (Nothing from books and movies please. From your own imagination.)
You can draw a map, or a scene, or a person, animal, or item. But it must somehow represent this world.
Ex. Floating Island World. See More▼ (Draws pictures of the floating islands.)
Ex 2. Underwater World. (Draws picture of the red pandas that have gills that live there.)
Ex 3. Living Doll World. (Draws picture of the doll town.)
Yup, any questions? Ask me!
Once you submit it (by uploading a picture of your picture), give your world a name (the title of the picture you uploaded), and write a 1-2 sentence summary of the world in the comments on your picture.

-You must not copy another person's idea (whether it be an author, artist, qfeaster, etc.)
-You may only have one entry (I will ask you to delete the other ones, and if you don't, you can be kicked out of the competition.)

~Teleporting Turkey~
I stretched out my feet as far as i could without kicking the seat in front of me. The plane was small, cold, and BORING. And worst of all, our flight was DELAYED, so now we have to spend THANKSGIVING on a PLANE. I sighed and flicked through my book again. My brother was snoring in the seat beside me, loud enough to prevent me from trying to sleep. I slid down the plastic window cover and looked down at the clouds. They were floating sluggishly past. See More▼ THEY didn't have to worry about missing Thanksgiving.
*Splat!* I sat up, realizing I had eventually fallen asleep despite the deafening snores. I sat up glancing around, trying to figure out what the noise was. Nothing. I opened the window to clear my head. More clouds, bright sun, a turkey clinging to the window... Wait, a turkey? My sleepy mind was too tired to try to keep up.
"A turkey?! What the..." I tapped my finger against the glass and watched slowly as the bird slid down the window, leaving streaks and two feathers. The wind whisked it away and the turkey catapulted out into the sky.
"Awww," I sighed and hung my head, but then I realized... the turkey was on my lap! I didn't really know what to do, so I patted its back with my palm.
"Uh, ma'am?" I suddenly head the stuardess call, "No pets allowed here..." Suddenly the turkey started gobbling and squawking. The stuardess's face went from shocked to uncertain, and she reached slowly to her cart of snacks and pulled out a packet of trail mix.
"Here you, uh, go sir," she mumbled, then she hurriedly continued down the aisle, shaking her head. I stared down at the turkey, who was pecking and the nuts and swallowing them almost whole and wondered aloud,
"How the hell did this ever happen?"

~It Can Dance Better Than Me~
It started of ordinary. My immediate family and a bunch of my relatives sat at a table, laughing and talking, sharing stories I know I'd already heard a billion times. Suddenly, my dad stood up. "I'm going to go carve the turkey," he said and went into the kitchen. I went back to whatever it was I was doing, as my stomach growled, awaiting the turkey. Suddenly, Cat Deeley, the house of the TV show So You Think You Can Dance walked into the dining See More▼ room. "Where is the turkey?" She asked with her prominent British accent. The room was silent. I was in awe. Cat was one of my favorite TV show hosts, of one of my favorite TV shows. She was standing in my house. And she was even taller than on TV. Before anyone could say anything else, I stood. "My dad is carving it in the kitchen," I said, glad I wasn't sounding as starstruck as I currently felt. Cat nodded. "We have to get to it," Cat paused a moment, "before it refused." Refuses? Refuses what? I wanted to scream. We ran into the kitchen, where I had to blink a few times before realising what I was seeing. "Dad, the turkey is dancing!" I screamed. That turkey should have been dead. What the... My dad was standing, eyes wide, as he watched the dancing turkey. "And it's dancing better than me too," I marveled. The turkey was dancing an odd ballet routine, prancing across my kitchen island, randomly twirling and leaping through the air. Cat's smile was wide. She leaned down to whisper to me, "I'm going to ask the turkey to be a choreographer on the next season of So You Think You Can Dance," she said. I looked at her strangely.

It was Thanksgiving, and I glared at Link. The only cooking he could do was MREs, and those taste like dirt. Finally he comes to the table holding some bread. "Here, help yourselves!" Link says laying the plain bread on the table. Rhett and I exchange odd looks. Why in the world is Link serving plain bread? I take a bite, soon to find that the bread unleashed rainbows. The color filled the room, and the bread sprouted See More▼ legs and eyes and started to dance around the room. Next thing I knew, Mika showed up along with Victoria (@MikasPrincess) and they were barfing rainbows. I tried to escape, only finding myself in front of a recliner while Link was watching TV. "Huh?" I say rather confused. After I received a prize I had to stay with Rhett and Link in the basement. "Oh- you finally woke up," Link says. He glances at Rhett who is in the kitchen. "Yeah, we are eating Thanksgiving food in 30 minutes. If you are hungry, I made toast." Then, the toast dream popped into my mind.

My sister Anni glared at me. "Rude much?"
"No its fine. The turkey is soggy because I dropped it in the pool." Mom said, shrugging. "But I didn't drop your juice in the pool."
We ate in silence. Suddenly, Batman came flying through the roof riding on a llama. "YEEHAW!" He hollored. See More▼
My eyes widened, my jaw dropped. This has got to be a dream. I took out my iPhone and snapped a photo. "BATMAN!" I cried. "I WANT YOUR AUTOGRAPH!"
"SURE THING, KIDDO!" He smiled and took out a pen. Now, you'll never believe me, but I'll say it anyway.
A GIANT MACARONI WAS SWIMMING IN THE POOL! Yes it does sound weird, but I swear! As Batman was writing out his name in neat cursive on my notebook cover, something caught my eye. You guessed it! A giant macaroni, swimming Breastroke in my pool. Weird huh? But I promise, every bit was real.

1) Books; they taught me lessons about life...
2) Qfeast- it let me meet new people, and I have more friends on here than real life.
3) Good health, I am not dead!
4) School gifted program, keeps me at a decent pace!

Let's Give Thanks!
1. Family-Just seeing them makes me smile. They are the greatest blessing.
2. Friends- They always help me and make me smile and for that I am truly grateful.
3. Home- A safe, comforting place. The country I live in is wonderful and I'm so glad I live here.
4. School- Is there any other place you can learn more from? I don't think so. It's also a place where you make good friendships.

1. Family- they are my rock I couldn't do anything without them. I was adopted. Of all the kids in the world, they chose me. God had them choose me and I am so thankful for that. They are my biggest blessing.
2. Friends- Another blessing. My friends complete me and never fail to make me smile.
3. My home- I live in such a great town with such great people. Also, I'm not saying the U.S. is perfect, but I have so many opportunities here that so many in other countries don't. See More▼ My rights and privileges are not taken for granted!
4. My dance studio- It has given me a second home, a second family, and so much confidence and strength. Dance means so much to me!
5. My teachers- I know. I know. I disagree with them quite a bit, but they are so under appreciated. Their job is not easy. High schoolers aren't easy. As much as I hate tests and homework, I greatly appreciate all that they do because education is so important to me. They are preparing America's future, you know?
**Well, I'm thankful for so much in my life. There is no way it would fit on one list. As a human, I'm not promised the next morning. Every day I'm alive and enjoying the Lord's work makes me thankful.**

Tonight? I stand in the light and I hear the crowds cheer. With a bouquet of scarlet roses in my hands I take to my knee, acknowledging all those who make everything worth it. The falls. The pain. The exhaustion. All those years of hard work and dedication. Nothing matters except this moment. This moment that every girl dreams of. The lights are bright, the air is warm and perfumed with, what is that? Roses yes, but also memories of my auditions, my apprenticeship, and the all See More▼ the years leading up until now. My heart is fit to burst as my eyes twinkle in the light from my tears. Then the curtain falls. The music fades and I head back to my dressing room. Tonight? I was a fiery Spanish girl who loves her dear Basilio more than life itself. Tomorrow? A spirited slave girl in Turkey or a temple dancer in exotic India. Or perhaps a delicate swan and her seductive twin or a peasant girl and her ghostly counterpart. I am a person of constant change. I start in a simple apartment and end in a palace. I wake up with nothing and fall asleep with the world at my battered feet. But who am I? Why, who I've wanted to be since the beginning. Covered in glistening jewels and adorned with satins and silks, I fly across the stage. Every fouetté, every pirouette, every jeté, everything down to the simplest épaulement becomes a part of a tangible dream. A dream that I hope people carry with them. It all comes from my heart and hopefully touches those of my audience. But who am I? Well, I am a great many people, but most importantly, spectacularly, and personally... I am a ballerina.

A lot of people say love is key to life, but I find that not true. Not true at all. When most people think of a perfect life they thing about being married to their celebrity boy band crush with a fancy convertable in a pent house in Hollywood. But that is not what I want.
Scene:
Liverpool, England - December 22nd, 3:34 AM
"Please come back- we need you!" he screamed. I turn around, to find him screaming, on his knees wounded. "You are the last hope we have," two figures appear See More▼ behind him. Here I am, in the post end-of-the-world. I am the one who has to save them. My skin is cold from the wind flying by, and I don't have a jacket. The life that we now live is terrible, but I can end the harsh life that innocents and I must live. "I told you Ash, I can't," I say firmly. I want to help him deep down in my soul, but that is all I can say. "But... Sybil..." he closes his eyes are sighs. Now it is going to be my fault that he starves. My fault that he dies. My fault. But I can not let it happen. I close my eyes, and say ever so slightly, "I will help you." He seems to smile a little bit. "Now show me where that bullet hole is," I say. He roles up his pant leg, and a bloody mess is brought upon my eyes. I flinch for a second, and then quickly forget everything. I grab a bandage from my bag and quickly address the wound. He makes a flirty smile, so I back away. "NO PLEASE! YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME!" he yells, reminded me of my former book crush Leo Valdez. I walk away, it is too much. But soon enough, I find myself away from him. Away from haters. I find my way to make MY world better, along with some others. Not including Ash.
