How do you think the apocalypse will happen?
When humans eventually die off, what do you think will cause it? An asteroid? Disease? War? Aliens? I think that it will either happen from the sun going supernova, or from a zombie virus.
NOTE: By "zombie virus," I mean a virus that causes victims to lose their ability to tell when their stomachs are full, lose their ability to know what animals are OK to eat, lose most muscle strength, lose the ability to understand speech, become "attracted" to eat anything that moves or makes noise, and lose the ability to differentiate between different animals/humans (for instance, they wouldn't be able to tell if a human is a member of their family; it's like having amnesia).

So, actually, my mom, my sister, and I have had this conversation recently. We thought that a bad scientist will try to create a cure for a disease, and they test it on an animal (horrible I know, but it happens, and I'm totally against it) but it isn't a good one, so the animal is now infected with this strange virus. This virus kills many brain cells, and skin cells. The animal will bite some unsuspecting human, so now they are infected. The disease does not kick in instantly, See More▼ it will after a few days, so the human will not know. Once the human has gone through all of the stages of this disease they will start hungering for the things they are lacking in their own bodies, (so brains and human flesh) they will bite other humans, and they will become infected too. The disease will soon mutate so that it can travel through the air, and the disease will also start deteriorating at the organs, which will start killing the infected people. So lots of people will die, so when the disease is eventually killed off, the whole world is basically in destruction from fighting back, and the survivors will not trust anyone because the other people that they come in contact with could just be in the early stages of the disease, so survivors will turn on each other and kill each other. The last person on Earth will start to go insane, so that person will eventually kill themselves. SO yeah, that's my idea of how the world might end.
