Why is MLP so popular?
I've seen so many My Little Pony things on Qfeast. I don't know squat about MLP, and so could someone please explain to me what it's about and why it's popular? I know this much: there's Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, um, let's see... Pinkie Pie, er, um... something about "bronies"... Flim? Is that its name? Oh, and each pony has a cutie mark. At my house there's a DVD called "Pinkie Pie's Special Day!" from when I was little, and I don't know if that would help me understand MLP or not. Please help!

Mlp isnt like the other kid cartoons, it was meant to be for children, but then it started attracting teens and even adults. Mlp has been getting popular, its has great writing and story plot where its not random episodes put in one season. You sould check it out, you might relate with one of its characters. ?☺

Finished all the seasons. It's popular because its amazing and it's all about the Magic Of FriendShip...which is true. I believe FriendShip is magic. So yah...

uh, do you mean Friendship is magic or generations 1-3 'cause not all of them were so popular... but with MLP already having been its own thing from for ever ago it could have helped by long time fans spreading the word out since FIM did fix some of the mistaks left from G3 which let it get popular for little girls and boys, and most disturbing adaults, which led to bronies and pegisisters.

The DVD wouldn't help. MLP is a show about ponies and their everyday lives. And magic.
