Awakening
Drip.Drip.
Drip.
You open your eyes slowly. There is a pain lingering at the back of your head. You reach behind you and your hand comes away red.
You look at your surroundings. You are in a shower cubicle, in a bathroom, it looks like. There is a mirror on the wall, and a towel rack, but that is all that's there. You try to get up, but you slip and fall back down. The water underneath you turns crimson. You try again to get to your feet. You do, but you feel wobbly and sick. You shake your head and step out of the shower cubicle. Suddenly you stop. And stare.
There is no door in the room. No way out. You fall to your knees. You are about to cry when you hear a voice, but a whisper. You look around and shiver. Then you stand up. The voice comes again, and you listen to it.
"When you use me,
Dry you get,
But unfortunately for me,
I get wet."
Your knees buckle. You look at your reflection and scream.
It's mouth is moving, but not with yours. You start to whimper.
"When you use me,
Dry you get,
But unfortunately for me,
I get wet."
You open your eyes. It's a riddle. And the answer to it is...a towel. You frown and look over at the towel rack. There is only one towel on it.
Only one.
Meant for.... you.
Shaking, you take it and wrap it around you. A door appears within the room.
